Hi. I'm Carolina.

Welcome to Miel Paper & Co. I'm so glad you're here!

For more than 25 years, I've worked in advertising, technology, and business operations, helping companies grow, solve problems, and build stronger, resilient teams. I'm also a proud Latina, a single mom and now an empty nester, a lifelong creative, and someone who believes that life's biggest joys are often found in its smallest moments. 

For years my days were filled with strategy, all sorts of personalities, deadlines, and helping others build their dreams. While I love that work and still do it, I realized I was missing something I'd always carried with me: Creating.

Miel Paper & Co. was born from that realization. Not because I wanted to leave one chapter behind, but because I wanted to make room for a new one that would help balance my life and create more excitement. 

In this new journey, you'll find playful designs because I believe that whether you're the CEO of a tech company, starting your own bakery, a stay-at-home mom, a college student, or playing soccer for your co-ed team, a cool auntie, an abuela, you should never abandon wonder or your playful side. We can still connect with our inner child when opening a cute gift specially made for you or your loved one. I truly believe that every woman has a story, something to teach, and deserves to feel seen and sometimes we just need a little reminder that we ARE going to be OK.

I hope Miel becomes a community where we can cheer each other on through job promotions, new beginnings, birthdays, breakups, graduations, quiet victories, motherhood, and life's biggest moments.
